Simple, Transparent Pricing

We charge a flat hourly rate for all services, making it easy to budget for the support you need. Because every individual is unique, the time required for each service varies based on your specific needs and the complexity of your case.

Insurance-based offering

  • Hourly Rate: $150/hour
    Package Rate: 5 hours for $575/
    10 hours for $1000

Pay-by-the-hour offering

Individualized Advanced Diabetes Management

Services offered:

  • Individualized care plan

  • Comprehensive assessments including physical assessment and lab work

  • Medication management

  • Consultative liason between Endocrinologist and Primary Care Provider

Hourly Rate: Insurance-based pricing. If there is an issue with insurance coverage, we will work to find alternative solutions.

  • We create individual diabetic care plans that includes the patient’s medical history, personalized goals for exercise and nutrition, use of technology like glucose monitors, an emergency care plan for managing blood sugar fluctuations, regular glucose management, and addressing chronic disease complications.

  • A comprehensive assessment requires a holistic view of the patient through physical assessment, monitoring lab results, reviewing insulin resistance, and addressing diseases associated with uncontrolled diabetes to support prevention and management.

How it works

PRICING FAQs

  • Do you accept health insurance, and which plans are accepted?

    We are currently accepting Massachusetts private insurances  with the expectation to expand coverage. For those outside of Massachusetts or whose insurance is not currently accepted,  we do have a payment plan outside health insurance.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept credit card and checks.

  • Is there a discount for booking multiple sessions or packages?

    Yes!

    Package Rate: 5 hours for $575/ 10 hours for $1000

  • What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

    24 hour cancellation notification is mandatory. A $25 fee will be collected if notice is not given in a timely manner.

  • Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?

    No, you’ll only be charged for the time we spend together or time spent on creating a care plan or other needs.

  • Are group sessions or family consultations available, and how are they priced?

    A session with a patient and their family member or partner will be priced as the patient’s appointment. We will have some group sessions in the future that will bill individual patients participating in the visit.

  • Will I receive educational materials, and are they included in the price?

    Educational materials can be accessed on the website  or specific information and care plans will be sent thru the patient portal.

  • What happens if I need support between sessions?

    Just reach out to our office and we will work to book a schedule to accommodate your needs.
